Terminal Trainer

Job content:
1.Improve the company's training system, develop short-medium and long-term company training strategic planning;
2.Responsible for the collection of ceramic industry training information materials, analysis and summary of the effect of the existing training policy, improve the training system;
3.Organise and develop training courses and prepare training materials;
4.Develop the guide star rating programme, and is responsible for tracking the implementation;

Job requirements.
1, a well-known brand building materials industry terminal training more than 3 years of work experience;
2, can independently write relevant training lesson plans, and organise and arrange training;
3, good at shops, ceramic product knowledge, terminal management training;
4, love and dedication, can accept long-term travel.

Procurement follow up

Job content:
1.The specifications of the material in charge of the model, familiar with the relevant standards of the material in charge of, and the requirements of the purchase order, delivery control.
2.Timely update the "Qualified Supplier List" of related materials and related information.
3.Cooperate with PMC department to purchase raw materials in place to ensure smooth production. And do a good job of material delivery abnormal information feedback daily table.
4.Track the implementation of MRB meeting resolution, actively track the supplier quality improvement, and feedback the results of the supplier's response to the Quality Control Department in a timely manner.
5.Track the outgoing processed products all back to the warehouse and follow up the outgoing residual material inventory.
6.Follow up the confirmation result of samples from related departments and return to suppliers within the same day.
7.Obey the daily work arrangement of the buyer, and do the daily clear work.
8.Assist the buyer to do the reconciliation work.
9.Obedience to other work temporarily arranged by the superior.
